Program Details

• Annual Membership Fees:
  Adult: $150
  Child: $100
  Family: $450 (Applicant, spouse and 2 children under 18 years). Additional child $50 per child.
• FREE First medical consultation
• FREE blood test (Includes: Complete Blood Count, Cholesterol, Thyroid function, Kidney function, Liver function and Blood Sugar).
• Free First EKG for adults.
• Free Routine Immunization for children up to the age of 6 years.
